billypennstudios.com, our LeadConnector forms, and the other platforms we use to run leasing and coworking. Not billypennevents.com, which has its own.
02 — What We Collect
What you send us through forms, calls and email — the form is hosted by LeadConnector, so it goes to them too. Plus analytics and advertising data about your visit.
03 — Cookies & Tracking
Google Analytics measures traffic. The Meta pixel measures advertising. Both are third parties and both set cookies.
04 — How We Use It
Inquiries, agreements, payment, building security, and measuring our advertising. We don't sell it.
05 — Who Sees It
Leasing and operations staff. LeadConnector, Google and Meta. The services behind hosting, email, e-signature, accounting, payments and door access.
06 — How Long We Keep It
Old inquiries get cleared out. Tenant and client records stay longer.
07 — Your Choices
We'll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
08 — Security
HTTPS and access controls. If something went wrong, we'd tell you.
09 — Children
Commercial space only. Nothing knowingly collected from under-16s.
10 — Changes & Contact
The date at the top changes when this does.
