Billy Penn Studios works with video or film productions of all sizes. Come film in a unique Philadelphia environment, with numerous "locations / looks / sets" all available under one roof. 

Locations vary between vacant or furnished dedicated spaces for filming, plus the ability to film multiple looks and "B Roll" within  the stunning common areas. Whether your production seeks  "white vanilla box", historic brick and wood beams, steel and glass, ability to film in commercial kitchen, restaurant / bar or our three event spaces...we have many options to choose from!

Single day, multiple day and long term filming rental options available. Amenities include private lockable spaces with a key, storage / deadcasing space available in the building, video village locations, crafty, storage, two loading docks, a hydraulic lift for equipment load in, freight elevators, and A/V and tenant decor vendors available inside the building for production and set design options. Dedicated production / crew / talent parking available.
